About the app
Sparks Social Marketing (Meta app ID 1028723696744631) is an internal tool operated by Les Marques Sparks Inc. (“Sparks Brands”) to manage its own and its affiliates’ Meta advertising accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. Access is limited to people Sparks Brands authorizes.
Authorized use
- Only connect accounts and assets you are authorized to manage on behalf of Sparks Brands.
- Use the app in line with Meta’s Platform Terms, Advertising Standards and Community Standards, and applicable law.
- Keep access credentials confidential and report any suspected misuse to us immediately.
Data
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as is, for internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, Sparks Brands is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use or unavailability.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke access at any time. You can remove the app’s access to your Facebook account at any time in your Facebook settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
